This rehabilitation center specializes in the needs of older adults helping them to maintain maximum functional levels. We develop and manage appropriate programs to met the patient's needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for patient evaluation and administration of treatment programs.
Actively participates in the interdisciplinary rehab team.

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Acute care, long term care and/or rehabilitation background
