Staff Occupational Therapist needed for Outpatient Clinic. Provide therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic, sports related, and neurological illness and injury. Evaluates patient to determine their present level of muscular, skeletal, cardio, neurological, and behavioral functioning. In coordination with other appropriate clinical team members, develops a rehabilitation program with appropriate therapeutic modalities, designed to meet the patients’ personal, vocational and medical needs. Orients patients to their individual programs to assure they understand the treatment and goals of the personal responsibility they must take to achieve success. Promotes patient participation on an on-going basic in discussion of status, treatment plans and goals.
Will see on average 10-12 patients per day per therapist!
